1. You’re invited to text us pictures from homes when you are with your clients. We’ll do our very best to provide limited insight based upon what you share.
2. We advocate for your client. We advocate for you. We will always be available to support you and the Client’s needs.
3. Realtor Education is another way we give back to the local real estate community. We would be delighted to bring our training programs directly to you. Examples of training we offer includes – Radon, Wood Destroying Organisms, What to expect from a Home Inspection, and our newest offering – FRAMEWORK. This program offers insights on common visible problems in homes that will make you even more valuable to your clients as your knowledge of homes is sure to impress.
These are but a few. Our goal isn’t to create repair lists or provide a home inspection and disappear. Our philosophy is to educate the Client, educate the Realtor, and build long lasting relationships based upon trust and value.
